Xiaomi Arena (ex. Arena Riga)

Xiaomi Arena is Latvia’s premier multi-functional complex and one of the key venues in the Baltic states. Known as "Arena Riga" until 2025, it was renamed that year following a five-year partnership with the brand Xiaomi. The arena opened on February 15, 2006, in time for the World Ice Hockey Championship held in the Latvian capital.

Today, Xiaomi Arena hosts a wide variety of events, ranging from ice hockey and basketball games to concerts, shows, festivals, and family-oriented programs. The venue is highly adaptable, easily transforming to suit different event formats — whether for sporting competitions or large-scale music concerts featuring a dance floor.

Over the years, the arena has hosted global superstars such as Metallica, Elton John, Eric Clapton, and Lana Del Rey. It has also been a venue for the renowned Cirque du Soleil shows. By the beginning of 2026, the complex had welcomed 9.4 million visitors.

Xiaomi Arena is conveniently located near the center of Riga and is easily accessible via public transport. Parking facilities are also available for those arriving by car.
